How long will my order take to arrive?

We process most in-stock items within 1–2 business days. Shipping to metro areas typically takes 3–7 business days, while regional orders may take 7–14 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across all Australian states and territories — from metro areas to remote regions.

Can I pick up my order?

No. Complete Kitchen Australia is an online-only store and does not offer local pickup.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for change-of-mind or faulty items. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Change-of-mind returns are at customer expense. Faulty items are covered by us.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number and we’ll send instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we inspect your return.

Why am I being asked for ID or a utility bill?

Some orders are flagged by our payment security system for possible fraud. We request simple verification to confirm the purchase was made by the authorised cardholder before shipping. This helps protect both you and your payment details.

Is my information safe?

Yes — your documents are encrypted and reviewed only by our verification team. They’re never shared or used for anything other than fraud prevention.

Do I have to submit the documents?

If verification is requested, we must complete it before processing the order. If documents aren’t received, the order may be cancelled and refunded to protect the cardholder.

Will this delay my order?

Only slightly — verification usually takes 24–48 hours once documents are received.
